We’re so excited to get your beautiful purchases to you! Here’s everything you need to know about how we deliver your carefully curated gifts, using Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Our Delivery Service

All orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24/48hr, which aims to deliver your parcel the next working day, including Saturdays! if you select 24hr or 2 working days if you use 48hrs.

Here’s how it works:

Orders are despatched Monday to Friday (excluding bank and public holidays)

Delivery days: Monday to Saturday
Full end-to-end tracking via email or text updates from Royal Mail
Most parcels arrive quickly, but please allow up to two working days, especially during busy times or if a redirection is in place
Please note: We are not responsible for parcels left in a nominated “safe place”

International Delivery

We offer delivery to most countries, if you feel the cost is too high let us know what you intend to purchase and your Zip Code and we will look for a more affordable option.
