Changed Your Mind?

Thatโ€™s okay, we get it!

Under UK law, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind.

Hereโ€™s how it works:

  • Let us know within 14 days of receiving your parcel that you’d like to return something
  • You then have another 14 days to send the item(s) back to us
  • Once we receive the return in its original condition, weโ€™ll issue a full refund, including the standard delivery cost

Returning Your Order

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition
Unfortunately, we canโ€™t cover return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
We recommend using a tracked service, just in case

We do have to reserve the right to decline refunds for items that don’t meet these conditions or get damaged on their way back to us.

Items We Can’t Take Back

Because of the nature of some of our products, a few things canโ€™t be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty. These include:

  • Personalised or made-to-order items
  • Perishable goods (like chocolates or food items)
  • Earrings and hair accessories or other items where hygiene is a concern
  • Digital downloads

Faulty or Not Quite Right?

We work hard to make sure everything arrives in perfect condition, but if somethingโ€™s gone wrong:
Let us know as soon as possible
Youโ€™re legally entitled to a full refund if the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described within 30 days of receiving it
After 30 days, weโ€™ll offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund – depending on the situation

When Will I Get My Refund?

Once your return arrives back with us, weโ€™ll process your refund within 14 days.
Youโ€™ll receive it back to your original payment method and weโ€™ll send you a little confirmation email when itโ€™s done.

Changing or Cancelling Orders

Need to make changes? Contact us as quickly as you can! We can update delivery addresses, remove items, or cancel orders if they haven’t been dispatched yet.
